-Wash your cast iron pan with mild detergent.

-Dry the pan immediately with a dry cloth

-Heat the pan for 2 minutes, apply a large coat of oil

-Keep it on low heat for another 2 minutes.

-Cool the pan and wipe excess oil from the pan with tissue.

-Repeat this procedure after every use.
