Refund policy
Thank you for your trust in Fabartistry. Before you decide to return a product we would like to give more information about our business.
Our products are carefully curated and many a times, we incur higher costs than the competition to give you products that stand to our rigorous tests. We treat our vendors with utmost respect and don't force deals that can hurt their business. This naturally leads to a higher cost of operation while maintaining best-in-class quality of products. We take returns seriously and hence aim to reduce the possibility of them in the first place.
Each product is unique and slight variations are expected. Since many products are handmade, no two pieces are identical. Â Let us not think of slight roughness, mild shape variations, imperfections or lack of aesthetic finish as a defect.
Fabartistry requests you to check the product details thoroughly before buying any product and we request you to take video of opening your parcel once received.Â
Return requests are subjected to authorization from Fabartistry team after we have received the returned shipment and have gone through due quality checks.
Return procedure
- You must email us to  hello@fabartistry.in and fabartistry.home@gmail.com (send to both emails to get faster response) with your request within 3 days of receiving your order and also send us a picture and order opening video of the parcel. Your email should contain the following:
         (a) Start to end video of the received parcel showing opening of the closed parcel clearly and each product received.Â
         (b) Picture/Images of external packaging and the product.
         (c) Mention your order number in the subject line
         (d) Mention in the email if you wish a refund or exchange for the product.
         (e) mention reason for return (eg: cracks, broken etc)
- We will get back to you within 3-4 working days of receiving the complaint. Authorization for return for the product will be provided after the query has been found valid by our quality team. The sole decision of considering the validity of the query after hearing it from the customer lies with the quality team.Â
- We aim to process refund or exchange for products in about 10-12 working days. If you have any questions about the above, feel free to reach out to Fabartistry at hello@fabartistry.in.
- We will initiate the refund /exchange after we receive the returned item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. Â
- A pickup for the product will be initiated by Fabartistry
Returns of undamaged products are usually not entertained. As a rare exception, in case you still wish to return an undamaged product, please follow the following procedure for the return
- You must email us to  hello@fabartistry.in and fabartistry.home@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return request is approved you need to aptly package and ship the product into the mentioned address in their original condition.
- In case you prefer to courier by yourself, please ensure that the product is sent within 7 days on receiving approval for return request. Any product shipped after that period will not be eligible for refund. In case you wish Fabartistry to pick up the products, the items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 5-7 business days from the date of request.
- Both onward & return shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that Fabartistry subsidizes onward shipping cost for its customers and takes a portion of the cost. Hence, during a return, the shipping cost may not match what Fabartistry had charged the customer while sending the products initially.
- Please ensure that the returned product is unused, undamaged and is in a saleable condition. We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned.Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
All returns are subject to the discretion of Fabartistry team based on our policies. Ensuring we have more and more people taking forward our traditional wisdom is our core intention & purpose.
Reverse Pick Up Policy
We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment and have gone through quality check
Refunds are not applicable if customer sends used products as returns.Â
Shipping charges would not be refunded except where a product was received in a damaged condition and was verified and authorized by Fabartistry.
