Shipping policy

Customer are requested to enter accurate information on shipping address and contact number. We work with reputed logistics companies for fulfilment of orders within India and your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep. As soon as the product is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us regarding your package tracking information

Once we receive your order, products will be packed and dispatched within 48 hours. You can expect it to be delivered to you within 7-10 working days.

Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. In case a non-delivery takes place owing to the customer's mistake any additional charge incurred by Fabartistry for the product's re-delivery will have to be borne by the customer.

Shipping cost (which fabartistry will incur for both ways) will be deducted in the following cases:

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address, incorrect address format
• After 3 failed delivery attempts by the logistics company
• Package refused by recipient

Our logistic partners will be able to deliver the shipment between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subjected to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Our endeavour is to provide the highest quality product at the greatest convenience possible. As a small business, we do have our constraints and strive hard to delight our customers.
