Fabartistry shall not be held legally liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from:
- Products that fail to meet stated or implied quality or safety standards due to vendor error, misrepresentation, or manufacturing defects.
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading product information provided by vendors or third-party sellers.
- Any adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased through our store.
Our Commitment

Upon becoming aware of any potentially harmful or non-compliant product — whether through vendor notification, customer reports, or our own review — we will take prompt action to remove or restrict the listing. However, this commitment does not constitute an acceptance of legal liability for incidents that occurred prior to such notification or determination.
